Kim Packard is the founder of Kim Packard Consulting, where the focus is empowering clients to achieve transformative personal and professional growth. Specializing in executive coaching, business strategy, and trusted advisory services, Kim helps her clients navigate their most complex challenges, elevate their leadership effectiveness, and align their aspirations with their unique talents and intrinsic motivators. 

With a unique blend of consulting, coaching, and trusted advisory services, Kim provides clients with a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that drives tangible results. Leveraging advanced insights from psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics, alongside proven industry strategies, Kim equips leaders with the mindsets, tools, and strategies necessary to solve complex challenges, make high-impact decisions, and achieve sustainable success. Prior to founding Kim Packard Consulting in 2011, Kim had a distinguished career at McKinsey & Company, where she held several leadership roles, including Associate Partner, Senior Knowledge Expert, and Director of Office Leadership Development. Kim has also served as a Staff Economist and Associate Director of Health Policy at the White House, working at the Council of Economic Advisors and the National Economic Council. These experiences have given Kim a unique perspective on both the private and public sectors, enriching her ability to advise top-level executives and organizations on strategic challenges.

Kim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar (top 5 percent) and a BA in Economics from Harvard College.
